Description of the Kailua Kona vacation home rental

This home (finished in '07) has gorgeous swimming pool and miles of shoreline ocean views from the pool, both main lanais and both patios. Great view of downtown Kona, which is just 5 minutes away. Watch cruise ships go in and out of the Harbor.

Upstairs: living area, full kitchen, dining area, side lanai for dining, master suite has private lanai overlooking pool and coast. Upstairs bedrooms have 1 King & 2 Queens. Downstairs has kitchenette, 2 patios, and 3 full beds between the two downstairs bedrooms which open onto pool.

We provide lots of extras - boogie boards, ice chest, High Speed Internet, Gas BBQ Grill, beach chairs, more!

RATES: $255 to $375 per night. (The rate calender above is an average). Add HI State tax and a one time cleaning fee of $151.03.

Rates vary depending on season, length of stay, and number in party- kids stay free. No required stay (i.e. Friday to Friday), but we do have a 5-7 night minimum. Special rates may apply for Holidays or Ironman. Call or e-mail us for a quote. Last Minute discounts available.

Lots of Extras provided - beach equipment like boogie boards, coolers, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, and swim noodles. Cable TV, DVD, stereo, Wireless Internet. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of small appliances, plastic bags & foil, lots of utentsils, dinner & cookware. On site laundry facilities and we provide the soap / fabric softener. Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish.

We really did enjoy our stay. It was so nice to have the beach towels, boogie boards and washer/dryer. I also liked the laundry baskets, ironing board and hangers. We would never stay in a hotel again and we're in the hotel business! We liked the location a lot. There was a fun walking trail just down the road that we loved. The view was amazing! We would definitely stay again! We figure we would have needed two to three hotel rooms, so we saved enough to do a lot of fun sightseeing trips that are very expensive for a family our size.
