This is a fairly new home (finished in '07) with swimming pool and miles of shoreline ocean views from both main lanais and both patios. Great view of downtown Kona, which is just 5 minutes away.

Upstairs: living area, full kitchen, dining area, side lanai for dining, master suite has private lanai overlooking pool and coast. Upstairs bedrooms have 1 King & 2 Queens. Downstairs has kitchenette, 2 patios, and 3 full beds between the two downstairs bedrooms which open onto pool.

We provide lots of extras - boogie boards, ice chest, High Speed Internet, Gas BBQ Grill, beach chairs, more!

RATES: $300 to $450 per night. (The rate calender above is an average). Add 11.42% HI State tax and a one time cleaning fee of $151.03.

Rates vary depending on season, length of stay, and number in party- kids stay free. No required stay (i.e. Friday to Friday), but we do have a 5-7 night minimum. Special rates may apply for Holidays or Ironman. Call or e-mail us for a quote. Last Minute discounts available.

Cable TV, DVD or VCR, stereo, phone, Wireless Internet. Kitchens & Kitchenettes are stocked with plenty of small appliances, plastic bags & foil, condiments, lots of utentsils, dinner & cookware. On site laundry facilities and we provide the soap / fabric softener. Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish.
