Description of the Kailua Kona vacation home rental

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home with a unique indoor / outdoor style pool. Home is in an upscale gated community on a half acre lot, and surrounded by mostly 5-6 acre lots. There is a small grove with Papayas & Banannas on the back part of the lot.
Master and second bedroom both have King Size Beds; 3rd bedroom has a queen. Floor futons and sleeping bags available for kids.
Living area has comfy sectional sofa, and large Flat Panel Wide-screen HDTV with Digital Cable. Gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, granite counter tops, luxury appliances like a Wolf stove, and more...
Great Location! Home is just around the corner from popular Whitesands / Magic Sands beach. Also a short drive to Kona town or Keauhou.

RATES: $249 to $349 per night. (The rate calender above is an average). Winter rates 1-1 to 4-1 $299 to $369. Add HI State tax and a one time cleaning fee of $151.03.

Rates vary depending on season, length of stay, and number in party- kids stay free. No required stay (i.e. Friday to Friday), but we do have a 5-7 night minimum. Different rates may apply for Ironman & Christmas. Call or e-mail us for a quote. Last Minute discounts available.

Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, cartoon sheets, and kids viedos for older kids are also available at many of our homes. Note: some areas open up onto the pool; kids should be supervised at all times.

Lots of Extras provided - beach equipment like boogie boards, coolers, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, and swim noodles. Cable TV/DVD, stereo, phone, Wireless Internet. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of small appliances, plastic bags & foil, condiments, lots of utentsils, dinner & cookware. Also has a professional quality Wolf gas stove. On site washer/dryer and we provide the soap / fabric softener. Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish. There is also an extra refrigerator in the garage for additional food storage.

The Bamboo home was perfect for our needs. We can't think of anything that was lacking in the house. The location was quiet and the pool and yard were lovely. The kitchen was well outfitted and we all took turns cooking or barbecuing. Both Doug and I had forgotten how relaxing the Big Island is.
