Description of the Kailua-Kona vacation home rental

This is a beautiful home in Konas award winning Kahakai Estates. Close to shopping, restaurants, beaches and in a sunny location a couple hundred yards from the coast and less than a mile to historic downtown Kailua-Kona. Swim in the huge ocean view pool, or relax on the deck. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen and the third has two twins. This home sits on over 1/2 acre of tropical landscaping and is a private residence. No caretaker on site, it's all yours.

Central air conditioning is available for an additional $18 per day if you should need it. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms and tropical breezes for free. We have priced this home low for a home of this quality and location to keep the occupancy high.

Beautiful house, fab location, wonderful service!

We recently stayed for 2 weeks at this wonderful home! Everything about our stay was fabulous! The house had all we needed to have a perfect holiday! The central location allowed us to see the whole island and still come back to the house each night for a dip in the pool! Kristine was wonderful and very helpful. She was always just a quick e-mail or phone call away if we needed anything. She was also great for us to deal with when booking the house always returning e-mails promplty answering any questions we had! Can't wait to get back! Thanks, Kristine!

Great Family Vacation Home

This house was perfect for us. With three teenage girls, the house had ample room for everyone. With the master bedroom being at one end of the house and the other bedrooms being at the other end of the house it provided privacy and space needed when spending that much time together. Kristine has done a wonderful job of furnishing this house with comfortable and unique furniture. We found everything we needed, even the flashlight we needed to go into the unlighted portion of the Thurston Lava Tube. And of course the blender to make those tropical drinks with fresh fruit from the market. We are so glad we rented this house. My family was thrilled with it from the moment we arrived. This home provided the relaxing environment we very much needed at the end of our adventurous days. Also the large kitchen area with seating gave us a place to gather as a family and plan our next adventure. There was plenty of room for all our extra stuff. The washer and dryer meant we didn't need to bring as many clothes, which is a big deal with the 50 lb bag weight limit. The pool is refreshing and has a wonderful view. We felt our belongings were safe with the gated community. Ceiling fans in every room meant we could sleep with the windows open and fans on and it was perfect every night. I highly recommend this house, we looked at a cheaper option and it would not have been near as nice. Chosing a place to stay is a crucial part of your vacation. The owner's were very easy to work with and answered all my 'dumb' questions. I would recommend any home that Kristine owns. You will get exactly what you see on the internet and more. This home was much more beautiful than the pictures could have shown and the location was great. Grocery store and everything within a few miles. Can't wait to return.
