Peaceful retreat walk to two best beaches (#44562)

Description of the Kailua Kona vacation home rental

I try to rent out best part of my house reserving apartment downstairs for myself. House located 3 minutes walk to the Magic Sands Beach on quiet street one block from Kona Alii Drive.
I can rent out entire second floor as 2bdr/2bath plus breezy covered lanai between. Or 1/1 or Studio. It would be only one group of renters.
Myself: I am very quiet friendly 73 years old and have very separate place downstairs.
It is a quiet residential area and we ask renters not to make excessive noise.
Big Island provide a lot of activities, all easy to reach from here: go to see lava flow, go to harbor for parasaling or whale watching, too many to list.
Scuba diving just 1 block fronm here.

Green with flowers, great for walking, bicycling, public parks nearby.
