Description of the Kailua Kona vacation home rental

A great Ocean View home for friends or family, as the design provides privacy as well as togetherness. The house has 4 separate spacious studios each with a full bath (2 studios are master suites with separate sitting areas). Three studios have kitchenettes, and the fourth has a fully equipped kitchen. The home is 2,600 square feet, has large, wraparound lanais on both floors, and a panoramic ocean view of the Kona coastline. It has 4 queen beds and 8 sleeper sofas. Free use of washer/dryer & detergent, wireless internet, and on-site parking. $295/night. Sleeps 16. Three night minimum. No cleaning fee. 10% Weekly discount. Your hosts, Anne Stockel, and daughter, Nanette, have lived in Kona for over 20 years. We greet our guests in person and are available throughout their stay to help plan their outings. We supply beach chairs, towels, coolers & boogie boards. Baked goods, tropical fruit, juice, coffee, tea, & cocoa are provided for the first morning.

Area Description

A great home-base for exploring the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located 7 miles north of downtown Kailua Kona, at a comfortable elevation in a quiet neighborhood, we are 10-15 minutes from the airport and the beautiful beaches along the Kona-Kohala Coast. We are half a mile ifrom the picturesque Makalei Hawaii Golf Course. Waimea is a half hour drive, and Hilo and Volcanoes National Park make a great day trip.
