Description of the Kailua-Kona vacation home rental

A real tropical beauty! 3 bedroom 2 bath private home in Kailua-Kona's award winning Kahakai Estates gated neighborhood. Less than a mile to historic downtown Kailua-Kona where there is shopping,oceanfront restaurants and boat cruises. The furnishings were gathered from throughout the Pacific, including tropical antiques. We made sure all of the modern conveniences are available as well including premium cable channels, high speed Internet and a gourmet kitchen.

Enjoy the ocean views from throughout the home and around the swimming pool. This is a great place to spend time with family and friends.

We priced this property very low for a home of this quality and location to keep our occupancy high. Works for us and great rates for you.

The ocean view master bedroom has a top of the line pillow top king size bed and private bath with glass shower and soaking tub.

The second bedroom has a queen bed.

The third bedroom has two twins.

Air mattresses available upon request.

Air conditioning is available for $20/day. (electricity is expensive in paradise!)

Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella, other beach stuff available.
