Great value for your next vacation! This house is in a beautiful neighborhood and has a private pool, new stainless steel appliances and a huge lanai that gives one of the best sunset views in Kona. Amenities include two 50 inch plasma televisions, wireless Internet, cable TV, DVD players, bath towels, beach towels, pool toys, countless pairs of fins (for many foot sizes) and dive masks, body boards, golf clubs, new high capacity washer and dryer, coffee maker, stainless steel kitchen appliances all are 2010 models, over 2 sets of dishware, pots and pans, electric grill. There is also a 2 person kayak with paddles and life vests for the more adventurous guests (with the right rental vehicle). Upstairs are 2 California King beds. Downstairs is 2 Fulls and a Queen bed.
One of the best features of the house is the cool breeze that usually moves through the house (There is an air conditioner in the master bedroom that I never needed when this was my residence).

This property is located in the Sunset neighborhood of Kona, and it truly lives up to the name! The house sits at around the 600 foot elevation, and is cooler and more comfortable than in the heart of town. Yet a ten minute drive brings you to town and beaches.
