Uniquely modern 3-bedroom home within the privacy and security of a quiet, gated neighborhood. You're just a few minutes' walk from powder-white Magic Sands beach and a few miles' drive to snorkeling at Kahaluu Beach Park, or boating and paddling activities at beautiful Keauhou Bay. Hop on a bicycle (it's included!) and grab fresh fruits and veggies, or a cup of our local Kona coffee, from any of the three nearby farmers' markets.

In October, you'll have a front-row view of the Ironman triathlete contestants as they journey down Ali'i Drive.

Return home to enjoy breathtaking sunsets and cruise ship views from the 2nd floor wraparound lanai. Cool off with a dip in the indoor-outdoor, extra-deep swimming pool amid lush landscaping, including King coconut palm trees and fragrant plumeria and gardenia. Read a good book or revel in the luxury of a catnap nestled in the backyard hammock. Interiors feature vaulted ceilings with 8ft doors throughout, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and cherry wood cabinetry.

Take your pick from a variety of board games, children’s toys, Wii system, DVDs and books for a quiet evening in.

At dinnertime, grill outdoors or reap the benefits of being right in the heart of Kailua-Kona village, where fresh seafood restaurants abound.

Awaken to chirping birds after a good night's sleep in any of our three en-suite bedrooms; two with king-size beds and one queen. Large comfy couch and additional mattresses provided for extra guests.
Area Information
The west coast of Hawaii, better known as "the Big Island" is the Kona side. Due to the local weather conditions, this side of Hawaii is almost always dry and sunny, and there are numerous white sand beaches perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling and swimming! The Kona side of the Island is also known for lush green golf courses that form an unearthly contrast with the black lava they are built upon and attract top-players from around the world. It's an easy drive north to five-star resort and restaurants like the Four Seasons Hualalai, Mauna Lani, and Waikoloa Village. Or take a day to drive southward to green sand and black sand beaches, or visit the national park of the active volcano, Mt Kilauea. It's easy to arrange every imaginable activity - ziplining, parasailing, kayaking, deep sea fishing - or choose from a multitude of hiking trails.

A very beautiful, calm house in one the best areas of Big Island. You can reach the beach in 2 min. walking, the bars and restaurants in 5 min. Also it is possible to reach the east and west side of the island very easily. There is nothing that you wish and can not find in the house. Everything is organized to be as easy and and as enjoyable as possible. If I travel again to Big Island, I would definitely wish to stay in this house. Thanks again Michelle. Mo -- November 2014

We stayed here for 10 days during the Ironman. It was an oasis of calm and my three children loved the large outdoor pool. Situated on a private road after the 3.5 mile marker it's close to the amazing white sands beach.The house itself is lovely and very well equipped with all the things you wouldn't be able to fly with like bodyboards, snorkels, beach chairs. The three bedrooms are luxurious with the master bedroom having it's own walk in shower and sun balcony. We loved it here and would highly recommend it. Roger - October 2014
