Description of the Kailua Kona vacation townhouse rental
The townhouse is a cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, part of the Surf & Racquet Club in Keauhou Bay. It will sleep 5 adults comfortably; there is an inflatable mattress available for children or additional adults.
The unit is completely furnished with a full kitchen; the living room has sliding glass doors looking west out over the Pacific Ocean. The lanai has deck furniture that allow you to watch Kona sunsets over the sea with your dinner and socializing.
You are a five minute walk from one of the finest snorkeling beaches in Hawaii, with free use of the club tennis courts and swimming pool. Oceanside golf courses and shopping are located a few blocks away. The center of Kona is fifteen minutes away, and the Kona-Kailua airport 30 minutes away.
We will be renting it for $600/week (plus a one-time cleaning fee of $85.00).
There are rental times available for this winter.
