Description of the Kailua Kona vacation townhouse rental

As you enter our home the sound of the ocean greets you and the magnificent ocean views will never fail to inpire and awe you. Our home is what a true luxury Hawaii experience is about. Fine artwork dresses the walls from my Husband's private collection. Newly painted, filled with new, upscale furnishings this is our second year we have offered it to the vacation market. This was our home for the past 10 years so there are many upgrades and it is fully equipped with everything you will need. NOTHING COMPARES, VOTED BEST UNIT in the townhouses. Our unit offers some special upgrades such as:

Our oceanfront townhouse is located at the Keauhou-Kona Surf
and Racquet Club located in quiet and prestigious Keauhou, about 5 miles from downtown Kona. This gated oceanfront complex offers free use of 3 lighted tennis courts, large swimming pool, access to your own private beach,volleyball and barbecue areas. Your within walking distance of the best snorkling beach, golf, shopping, restuarants, and movie theaters. Our location is absolutely fantastic, beautiful sunset year round. Each morning as you sip your Kona Coffee you can see the Hawaiian spinner dolphins swim by and watch the Humpback whales during migrating season. Also be sure to watch the sea turtles as you take a shower in the master bath, that's right all this as you take a shower!!! Or even as you are lying in bed.

 Pictures do not do this vacation home justice, July 23, 2009

I stayed in this condo for 7 days and i could not have been more pleased. When we walked in the first word that came to mind was "wow". You could not get any closer to the ocean without getting wet, the master bedroom veiw was SPECTACULAR. The owners could not have been nicer, in fact we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and fresh fruit from the local farmers market. There is not enough space in this review to go through all the things that make this condo a great place to vacation.

You will not be disappointed with the view, that is for sure. Watching the whales from the patio and having the waves rock you to sleep, and absolutely great stay. The condo was well stocked with anything we needed to enjoy our stay. Can wait to come back. Thank you so much!

I am so glad we found this place! Clint and Maria, the owners, have done a wonderful job in making sure they've thought of everything. The condo is stocked with more amenities than listed, everything from sunscreen to boogie boards to giant beach towels to curling irons! You name it, they probably have it. But the best part of staying there was the location. The condo is a corner unit perfectly situated on a point where the waves crashing against the rocks will lull you to sleep and remind you of the amazing paradise you are in when you awake. Upstairs there are two rooms with the master and the bathroom overlooking the ocean. I can't tell you how nice it was to take a shower with the waves crashing below. Lovely, just lovely! Downstairs there's another bathroom, living room, kitchen and a great patio that leads out onto a nicely landscaped yard with tropical plants that provide privacy from neighbors on the side. So much to say and not enough room. We will definitely be back!

The desciptions noted were exact. The unit looks and feels brand new. All amenities are available as noted with special added upscale decorating and painting throughout the unit. Very quiet and no one walks in front of your view ever.
