This spacious two story one bedroom town home condominium in Kona's tropical Keauhou Resort has the feel of old Hawaii with the modern conveniences of today. Upstairs is a large living and dining room with soaring open beam ceiling, upscale furnishings and tropical ocean views throughout. The sunny ocean view upper lanai has an electric barbecue, table for four and a lounge chair. The living room has a sofa with queen size hide a bed, cabinet with remote controlled pop up flat screen tv. Bring your Ipod or smart phone to listen to your favorite music on the Harmon Cardon stereo system with Bose speakers.

The fully stocked kitchen has an ultra quiet stainless steel dishwasher, microwave and bar seating for two.

Downstairs is the master bedroom with ultra plush California king size bed, comfortable seating and a beautiful two story atrium with lava rock garden. Just off of the master bedroom is a spacious ocean view lanai, a perfect place for morning coffee with the tropical birds.

The recently remodeled bathroom has a pedestal sink and closet with washer and dryer.

The Keauhou Resort is located among 5 acres of tropical gardens on the Kona Country Clubs Ocean golf course just a couple hundred yards from Keauhou Bay in the best part of Kailua-Kona. The low density resort has only 42 private town homes and two of the most beautiful pools in Kona, surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Walk to Keauhou Bay and take a swim in the calm clear tropical water, rent kayaks, jump on the Fairwind snorkel cruise to a national underwater sanctuary and so much more. Keauhou Bay is a hub of ocean activities. Just a short block from the condo is the Keauhou Shopping Center with a grocery store, restaurants, movie cinema, Saturday morning farmers market and live music.

Can't wait to return

The house was great. Spacious, nice yard, nicely appointed, and quiet. Wonderful location with easy access to town. We had bikes which we road down the little trail to Ali'i drive. From there it was 2 miles north to the pier in town and 2 miles south to turtle beach. Perfect!
