Cosy apartment in Khalkidiki (Kallithea).
The flat is on the first floor of a Π-shaped building with a garden on the middle. The hole apartement is very sunny and cute. It is ideal for restling, with all comforts, like you were in your home.
It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a spacious doublebeded room with an office (with PC) in it, a kid's room with a couchette-bed,a bathroom.Six people can be accomodated.
The living room has a couch that can easily converted into a comfortable double bed. It is adjoined with the kitchen. It has a window and a balcony that looks to the garden.
The main bedroom is very cosy with a little living room-office for coffee and studing also (with a PC). All of the wall behing it has large windows.
The children bedroom has toys for very small children to kids till 6-7 years old. We also offer a child bed of wood, a play-park for babies and other facilities for babies.
The apartment is equipped with two AC. The kitchen is well equipped.The floor is clean and new,the same as the bathroom. The hole house is decorated with a romantic styl.
We also offer SAT TV, stereo hi-fi, internet access.

The apartement is located in the village. It is on the right side to the road from Kallithea to Kassandria.
All you need is in a distance of 20 to 100 meters. Super market and bus station:thirty meters, park and cafe's and all you could possibly need all very near.
Beach, 10 min on foot, 3-4min by car, right in front of the village park.
