Description of the Kaluakoi vacation condo rental

Welcome to Ke Nani Kai #121, our luxurious, ocean view condo on Molokai's sunny west end. This spacious, one bedroom, ground floor unit has a front row view of Papohaku Beach and those famous sunsets. This is one of the most private locations in Ke Nani Kai. There are no buildings in front of you to look over, and better yet, there are no other units behind you. Wonderful open floor plan with a wall of glass opening onto the large covered lanai. You can see the beach from every room! Even on those occasional rainy days, you can still sit outside on our covered lanai. You are also shaded from the hot afternoon sun. This is a piece of heaven!

You have an unobstructed view of the longest white sand beach (Papohaku Beach) in the state of Hawaii plus a view down the eighth fairway of the Ted Robinson designed Kaluakoi Golf Course. Walk to two other uncrowded beaches where you can stroll, swim, boogie board, or surf. From the spacious lanai, you can also view the surf crashing on Kaiaka Rock at Kepuhi Beach. This is one of the select few condos that has this view.

The bedroom has a king mattress, with sliding doors onto the lanai. All of the flooring is new, the towels are thick and plush, and the kitchen is fully equipped for those nights you dine in. The large bath has a tub and shower with tiled floors. There is a living room with a queen sleeper sofa making it possible to accommodate up to four people.

The pool is the largest on the island. There are lots of comfortable chaises and tables with chairs to make your stay at the pool more enjoyable. Adjacent to the pool is a relaxing hot tub. Tennis courts are located next to the pool area as well. There is a BBQ conveniently located close to the condo.

Amenities include new flat screen TV with VCR/DVD player and Time Warner cable offering 70+ channels. There is a stereo, CD player and free WIRELESS INTERNET for your use as well.

You can walk to some of the best beaches on the island, where you may be the only one enjoying the stretch of sand and the beautiful blue ocean. There is a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs to make a day at the beach more enjoyable.

The weather is intoxicating, the breezes are delightful, and the peace and quiet is a welcome respite from back home.
