Description of the Kaluakoi vacation condo rental

Luxurious Ke Nani Kai ground level unit, sprawling front lawn, very private, beautifully renovated and furnished, boasts two master suites with baths and Venetian plaster walls throughout . Located on the sunny side of the island with breathtaking sunsets and views of Papohaku Beach from the lanai. The complex has a large swimming pool, jacuzzi and two tennis courts. Several exotic beaches are just a short walk away.

Molokai is a step back in time. Known as 'the friendly isle', you immediatey feel welcomed and relaxed. The people of Molokai are wonderful. There are quaint towns and abundance of activities. If you want to get away from it all, Molokai is the place to be and my home is where you want to stay.

Payment Options: PayPal, Personal Check
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: 3 Nights
Lodging Tax: 12.42
Deposits: First night's deposit required at time of booking with balance due 90 days prior to arrival. If booking is less than 90 days, full payment is required.
Other Fees: One time open and close cleaning fee in the amount of $125 for two persons and $150 for four persons. A $250 security deposit will be included in the balance due and is fully refunded upon inspection performed on the day of departure.
