Description of the Kamuela vacation condo rental

This beautiful villa is located at the famous Mauna Lani Resort on the Big Island. Both Bedrooms have dramatic views of the ocean (see below) and during the winter months, you can hear the ocean surf break against the shoreline plus watch the whales from the large Lanai. This Villa has been totally renovated.

Area Description

The Resort offers a private beach, 2 Championship 18 hole golf courses, spa and fitness center. Unit has wireless. For water lovers, Mauna Lani offers the best snorkeling and deep sea diving right off of the shoreline.

In addition, the Mauna Lani Terrace offers it's own pool and barbecue area. Within the grounds of Mauna Lani you will find 5 star restaurants - Canoe House, Brown House, Ruth Chris and Tommy Behama's.

From your unit you are able to walk to the Mauna Lani Hotel, Golf Course and Private Beach

Vacation Rental Policies

Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: 3 night minimum
Lodging Tax: 7.5%
Deposits: A damage/reservation deposit of $300 is required within 7 days of booking reservation. Said deposit is not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure provided certain provisions are met. In addition, an advance payment to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The Balance of Rent is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. before arrival.
