I'm trying to see if I can book this property in November 2010 but no one is replying to my enquiries, have sent a number of enquiries so far. Is this property still available for rental?

We were impressed by the extent of the items supplied by the owner, including an underwater camera and binoculars and a large selection of beach towels. Also, the TV was quite high end. The kitchen equipment and suplies were all above par for such rentals. The directions and instructions were very clear. One comment - it was stated that the pool was heated, but it did not seem so. The facility also rates very highly for its convenience relative to stores and restaurants as well as the rest of Kauai. The only real drawback is the traffic, and difficulty in getting on the highway to Lihue, esp[ecially in the morning. The Nae Lani seems well cared for with people constantly working on the grounds.

Nice and clean, great bed. Good follow through by rental agency. BBQ out of propane one night. Good view from lanai, but smaller than we are used to. Mirror in bathroom too low for a tall person. But would seriously consider renting again for the great price.

Very nice location. Central starting point made it easier to see the island. Great view with nice breeze. A+

The view is wonderful, the appliances are handy and the pool can be a perfect cap to a long day in the sun. But if your tired make sure you have people above you or to the side that also care about their neighbors. Tough to sleep with people being extremely loud. If you have children make sure they dont stomp around or karma will get you!!! The condo os better than you would think. It feels very comftorable and is great for a getaway. You may also make friends with the geckos that roam around outside in the evening! Wonderful experiance!!!!!

Dear Crystal -
I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Wailua Bay View. The view was magnificent. The condo was very clean and was adequately stocked with everything that we needed. Fred was really personable and helpful in every way. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was kept very clean. My daughter-in-law and I have definitely decided that we want to return next summer, our only problem being if we want to stay two weeks or one with the option of visiting another island. Tough decision don't you think.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Wailua Bayview for our first visit to Kauai. We stayed in unit 114 for 6 of our 8 days on the island. We found that the central location made it easy to see all the different areas of the island. It took about the same time to get to the north shore as it did to the west side of the island (about an hour) and it was an easy drive to and from Poipu (about 25 minutes). I really enjoyed the great views from the lanai. Being so close to the ocean, you could hear the roar of the waves against the shore and smell the clean salt air. What a wonderful way to wake up in the morning or relax in the afternoon!
