Have you & your family always wanted to go to Hawaii for Christmas Holiday Season? Here's your chance to stay on the garden island, Kauai on a magnificent property! The owners of this condo are unable to use this property for this holiday week.
Rental: $3000 for the period December 19 through December 26 2009 (checkout 12Noon local time on December 26th). $1999 within 30 days of "sealing the deal"; remainder due within 60 days.
Terms: $500 Refundable Reservation / Security Deposit; $150 clean out fee, non-refundable.
Location: Kauai Coast Resort At The Beachboy
One bedroom condominium has one king bed, a sofa bed, master bathroom with tub, a private lanai with a garden or ocean view, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, range, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
