Description of the Kapaa vacation condo rental

Oceanfront and ocean view for only $89-$99 with no cleaning fee or security deposit. Lovely "Living Waters Paradise" OCEANFRONT/OCEANVIEW air-conditioned spacious studio suite is located in the beautiful Islander on the Beach Resort in Kapaa, Kauai. It was recently renovated with tropical furniture, travertine flooring, granite countertops, and kitchenette. This unit has also been re-decorated in soft shades of green and blue bringing the outside colors of nature inside. The bed includes a comfortable new memory foam mattress with 400TC sheets. Christian wall art with inspirational sayings is displayed throughout. The "Starscape" ceiling gives an illusion of stargazing once room is dark.

Free wireless internet, Free local and long distance phone calls, 42" HDTV, DVD and CD player are included.

Complimentary leis are provided for all HONEYMOONS and ANNIVERSARIES. Aloha fruit juice and Kauai Cookies are provided for all guests.

Kitchenette includes a microwave, hotplate, blender, rice cooker, convection toaster oven and coffee maker.

Area Information

Suite is located at "Islander on the Beach Resort" directly facing the ocean and is centrally located between both North and South Shores. The Coconut Marketplace is within walking distance for dining, shopping and free entertainment.

We had the best time staying in this condo. We couldn't have asked for anything better and the value was excellent. The views were AMAZING and the best part was waking up to a beautiful sunrise every morning. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property to anyone I know. Much better than staying in a hotel room and very centrally located.

This condo is exactly as described and pictured. It is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Owners have thought of all provided amenities. Favorites include listening to ocean all night long, beautiful sunrises, just across parking lot to Coconut Marketplace where we strolled thru everynight to get our ice cream and shaved ice fix. Owners are flexible and accommodating. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. The best value on the Island. Very clean. Fabulous restaurant next door. A great central location for sightseeing either direction. Thanks Wolfgang and Katalika for such wonderful memories in your Vacation Paradise. Oh, and did I mention their beautiful Christian art on the walls? Truly inspiring. It was very clear that we were in GOD'S country! ALOHA!
