Description of the Kapaa vacation home rental

Nestled at the base of the Makaleha Mountains with cascading waterfalls and little streams you'll find Kauai's best kept secret, Hale O' Wailele or also known by its English translation "The House of Leaping Waterfalls"

This secluded custom Kapaa vacation home is situated on an eight acre tropical flower and exotic fruit tree plantation. It offers comfortable, upscale accommodations with many luxurious amenities. The home is fully furnished and decorated throughout with Hawaiian art, collectibles and a array of tropical flowers freshly cut from the plantation.

The interior has pecan hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans and air-conditioning throughout. The living room area is furnished with an over stuffed leather seating arrangement, large flat screen TV with VHS/DVD and stereo system.

Our bedroom accommodations include two rooms with California King size pillow top beds and the third bedroom has two full size beds all dressed in high quality linens for comfort assured. Each bedroom includes a 27' TV with VHS as well as 12 ft. mirror closets and custom furnishings. The home includes two full marble bathrooms with slate floors and brass fixtures.

You'll find the kitchen furnished with all modern appliances, granite counter tops and slate floors. In addition to being fully stocked with all the conveyances of home such as microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender as well as all types of cookware, dishes and cooking utensils.

On property guest amenities include a beautifully appointed swimming pool with lava rock waterfall feature and surrounding garden with fish pond, private Jacuzzi, workout room, mountain bikes, beach and hiking gear, BBQ area and much more.

From this advantage point and seen from all parts of the home you may experience spectacular unobstructed panoramic views of the plantation, Kauai's breathtaking mountain waterfalls and lush island forest.

For those seeking complete relaxation, privacy with a romantic atmosphere and unsurpassed beauty as far as the eye can see..... Your stay at "The House Of Leaping Waterfalls" will truly be a rejuvenating and memorable experience for both Honeymooners & Families alike.

Hale O' Wailele is conveniently located only 10-15 minutes drive from the main part of Kapaa Town, pristine beaches, island activities, superb restaurants and shopping. And just 30 minutes from the Lihue airport.

RENTAL RATES: We offer two year round rates depending on the size of the party. Either way you rent the home it is exclusive to the occupants only.

OPTION 1: Master Suite / House (2 people total occupancy)- $300 per Night / $1800 per Week. Plus a one time cleaning fee of $100.

OPTION 2: Entire House ( 3 to 6 people total occupancy)- $400 per Night / $2400 per Week. Plus a one time cleaning fee of $150.

Weekly Rate:
If you book the house for SIX nights and get the SEVENTH night Free.

Nightly & Weekly rates are subject to State Room & Excise taxes of 13.42%

Area Information

Surronding area near Hale O' Wailele is ideal for short hikes, jogging, walking, bike riding, bird watching, fresh water stream fishing and swimming or just taking in the lush Kaua'i mountain and countryside views.

Centrally located on Kauai's Eastern Shore and situated just above the Town of Kapaa; Hale O' Wailele is convenient to the island's best restaurants, great shopping, a multitude of activities and pristine beaches.

This location also makes the best starting point for island wide sightseeing and doing other off property activities including boat rides along the spectacular Na Pali Coastline, riverboat rides up to the famous fern grotto, snorkeling, horseback riding, boogie boarding, bodysurfing, surfing, wind surfing, water skiing, kayaking, world class golfing, and helicopter tours, are just a few of the many things to do on the island and are only 10 to 30 minutes away from Hale O' Wailele.

I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful stay at your home in paradise, it was even better than the pictures (which doesn't normally happen)! The home was comfy and lovely, the property was beautiful, remote and private, and all the ammenities (hottub, pool, bikes, etc.) were very enjoyable. The fresh fruit basket and chocolate covered macadamia nuts gift were a nice surprise - fresh bananas right from the tree are so good and something I have never had before (I think I ate at least 3 a day).

Thank you very much for opening your home to us, we had a fantastic vacation, and one of our biggest highlights was our accommodations. We will highly recommend it to others!

You're beautiful home with such a picturesque setting was everything we could of hoped for!! You're care and attention to every single detail was very much appreciated. As a matter of fact, we found ourselves lounging around the kichen, or outside in the back yard drinking Kona coffee, often way into late morning!!! This trip for my wife, was her first to Hawaii, and having always dreamed of coming here and at the same time celebrating our honeymoon, it could not have been any better!
