Description of the Kapaa vacation villa rental
Plenty of room to spread out with extra family members and children. Peaceful and inviting, your vacaton home has extended living areas - a lava rock pool just outside the front door for sunning, and a waterfall providing sounds to lull you while you relax.
Barbeque on the lanai, save the kitchen clean-up ! The grassy area adjacent to the lanai is a perfect place to have the children run while contained within the fence around our 3 unit complex of detached, elegant townhomes. This lovely, quiet deluxe townhouse is the perfect retreat for two or three couples, or extended family vacations. The location, a three minute walk to Kapa'a is exceptional.
Swimming for the children is 1 block south at Fuji "Baby Beach", where the coral and lava rock walls provide protection from the waves and an enormous bathtub to wade and play in. A lovely park directly between the lanai and the ocean gives green space for family football, badminton, croquet or whatever your whim. A crescent shaped, white sand beach for the whole family is just over the canal bridge, a 5 minute easy walk. We provide the cooler, umbrella, chairs towels, and sand toys. All you'll need is your bathing suits and tanning lotions !
The joy of Moana Kai is the restful and rejuvenating ambiance and yet it is exceptionally located. INCREDIBLE VIEWS and 2 blocks to town all the restaurants and markets you could want. You don't need a car, it's that conveniently located. The airport is 10 minutes away. Elegant 400 thread count bed linens, Egyptian cotton towels, and pillow-top beds.
If you must work, an Office away from home with DSL, wireless internet, fax machine, answering machine and desk - just bring your laptop. We've tried to think of everything to make your stay a perfect one.

Our home sleeps up to 6 comfortably in two king rooms, and one room with two twins that can be made to CA King (3 additional pillowtop air mattresses are available, if needed for a total sleeping capacity of 9). The home is furnished beautifully, with attention to detail. We felt at home immediately & the owner has thoughtfully provided extras to make you feel at home. A high chair & pack & play were available for our baby. New, age appropriate, games & toys were waiting for the adults & children. The location is great with convenient shopping all around. Everyone loved the pool. The deck is gorgeous, spacious, with a wonderful view. I could go on & on…we hated to leave. We have been to Hawaii more than a dozen times and this was, by far, the nicest place we’ve stayed & we will highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai”

"The Moana Kai Beach Villa is remarkable. If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable, beautiful house, you have found it!! There were six of us who stayed in the beach house in January 2006. When we walked in the door we were overwhelmed by the house. The decor is lovely with a spacious kitchen layout, wonderful utensils as well as the bedrooms being outfitted with the top of the line linens. All the comforts of home and more. The view is spectacular with a walkway out the back yard along the ocean side that goes for aprox 22miles, amazing!! You could not ask for more with the whales jumping ocean front along with cruise ships sailing by and the daily entertainment of kite surfers. If we were not enjoying the spacious lanai, we were lounging by the pool listening to the waterfall reading books, so relaxing!!
As for the location, it is a short 5-10min walk to shopping and wonderful eating. Everything you need without driving. It is such a great location, pretty much in the middle of the island, so travel was made much easier when going to either ends of the island.
We all have nothing but good things to say about the Moana Kai beach villa, and would recommend it to anyone. We will definitely stay again."
