Description of the Kapalua vacation condo rental

Our 1100 square foot ocean view, ground level 1bd/1ba is spacious for 2 adult guests and livable with 2 young children (maximum 4 guests). New Cal-King NovaForm Infinite Comfort Dual Adjust bed allows you to control the firmness of the bed to your own comfort level. Our condo is situated out of the wind allowing you to eat every meal on the lanai, with a large grassy lawn that adds to the outdoor living space. Watch the clouds form over the island of Molokai across the channel...and rainbows galore! Uniquely decorated in "Retro Hawaiiana" with items we've personally collected; tile floors (carpet in bedroom); 52" tv; full kitchen; washer/dryer; ceiling fans; a/c (we seldom use this). Our "Kapalua Sunset" condo is in walking distance to Kapalua Bay Beach and Oneloa Bay along the new Coastal Trail. The complimentary Kapalua Shuttle will pick you up at the condo and transport anywhere within Kapalua, including DT Fleming Beach. There is free wireless, highspeed internet access in the condo. The property's tennis courts are just out the door. There are 3 pools/bbq areas on property. Tropical foliage in our "private" garden makes this condo feel like a real retreat. Enjoy the ocean view lanai off the bedroom, with the scent of plumeria trees wafting in the breeze.

Kapalua is known for GOLF! Both the Planatation and Bay Golf Courses are a golfers dream. The Kapalua Golf Academy offers great opportunities to sharpen your game. The Tennis Gardens are open to the public (nominal fee). New restaurants in Kapalua include Merriman's with a beautiful setting to watch the sunsets; Cafe Kapalua at the Adventure Center offers healthy breakfast and lunch with much of its produce coming from Kapalua Farms; the Honolua Store has expanded its kitchen and store offering a variety of produce, a coffe bar, and freshly prepared meals for take-out or eat on the store's patio. Favorite restaurants include Sansei (primarily sushi), Pineapple Grill (great specials all week), and the variety of restaurants at the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua. The new Kapalua Spa is located next to the Kapalua Bay Villas! The Kapalua Adventure Center has ziplines, challenge courses, rock climbing, hiking and more for the adventurous! There are so many new amenities in Kapalua...now is a great time to visit!

The large, grassy lawn off the lanai enlarges the outdoor living space, and is great for kids to play on (the living space on an upper unit ends at the balcony). Since the condo is situated out of the wind, eating every meal on the lanai is a real treat and pleasure (ocean front condos can be quite windy).
