Description of the Kapolei vacation townhouse rental

Beautiful lower one level non smoking 2 bedrooms,2 baths, 1 car garage plus one golf cart garage. 2 spacious lanai, one adjacent to living room and dining area and one by guest room sliding door. Highly upgraded carpeted and tile flooring in kitchen and bathrooms, upgraded ceiling fans in every rooms, fully decorated and furnished in tropical Hawaiian decor, furnished living room with flat screen digital TV, furnished kitchen wares and dining sets, dining table/chairs for 4 , furnished lanai furniture, 2 bedrooms each furnished with queen size bed, linen closet of towels and bedding sets, plantation window shutters, plantation ceiling fans, central air, good size refrigerator, washer and dryer. The resort and the community has 24 hours security patrols aside from video equipped security gate.
Dining out is popular and walking distance to Roys Restaurant, Chucks Steak House, just tacos, ABC Island Market place, Just Tacos Mexican restaurant, local Barbeque and Chinese restaurant, lONGBOARD bar and grill outside dining at Marriots Vacation club, Marriots Ihilani Hotel ,newly built AULANI Disney vacation Resort and at Paradise Cove Luau. Area Information

Townhouse is located in private gated community of Coconut Plantation at beautiful KO OLINA Resort landscaped with lush grassy areas, tropical plants and coconut palms. Community has 2 swimming pools both with jacuzzis, barbecue gas grill/stoves, tables and chairs, main pool has sandy beach for toddlers and ocean water, recreation room equiped with refrigerator and microwave oven. Resort has walking and trailing paths throughout that curves around to total of 12 miles (6 miles RT on lagoons and 6 miles on main street). Condo is only 5 minutes starting walk to AULANI DISNEY vacation resort, 1st Lagoon next to Mariott Ihilani Hotel and spa; walking paths lead to 4 Lagoons, Luxury Ocean Villa condos, Marriot Vacation Club Hotel, Ko Olina Marina and Yacht club, Ko Olina Championship Golf club, Roys Restaurant, tennis courts/gym and the famous Paradise Luau cove. Island ABC Market, Mexican and Hawaiian restaurant are nearby the property.
Acivities in Ko Olina includes swimming, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, shuffleboarding, tennis, biking, golfing, excursion fishing and strolling. Strolling, jogging and walking is popular in the resort morning and late afternoon, feel the fresh ocean air and enjoy the breathtaking view of aqua-blue ocean and spectacular SUNSET between 6 and 7 PM.
