Area Info
The location is perfect since it is only a 20 min walk (5 min drive) from Otzias beach and walking distance from semi-private small beaches all around. It is only 20 min drive from Korissia Port with access to shopping and only 10 min from Bourkari Bay, where food is exquisite and the nightlife can turn quite intense.
Other Vacation Rental Amenities
Located less than two hours from the Athens International Aiport, Kea - also known as Tzia - is a Cycladic island with intense nature, remarkable architecture and countless stoned-paved walking paths. Sandy beaches are all around. Great for a Weekend or a Week

May 15, 2014

Pool Great!! Very Clean, and comfortable. We cooked quite a bit, and kitchen appliances excellent. Drawbacks, no-wiifii, difficult to communicate with owners while there. Spiders live on this island. Spiral stairs difficult for suitcases. Best view from 2nd floor deck, and pool, and living room, and patio. Would stay again!!! Love Kea!!!!

such a perfect stay!

April 9, 2014

... we' re glad we spent it with you! It was a perfect week for our family, spent together with Mariaelena in their beautiful house with the astounding view of the Aegean. The hospitality of Mariaelena, the fine design and architecture of the house, the pool, the beauty of the island, all made our stay unforgettable. We stayed at the Windmill and enjoyed every minute! The lazy breakfasts, the ouzo & tsipouro at midday, gazing at the stars at night from the veranda - magic! Thank you, Nick, Mariaelena and Thalia, it was a perfect stay!

Unforgettable holidays

March 3, 2014

I stayed a week there, last July, with some friends and we enjoyed it very much. We spent many hours relaxing by the pool, enjoying the magnificent view and the calming sunset. And it is very convenient because it is near the port but also very close to Athens. I highly recommend it for everyone who is looking for some unforgettable holidays in a Cycladic island.

The Emerald Cove

May 4, 2013

Waking up at dawn on the island of Kea I made my way down to the Emerald Cove every morning. I passed the beekeepers hives on the way. I never had to share the beach, nor the crystal clear waters. The villa is magnificent. It is possible to run around the house without hindrance. There is always sun or shade to be had and a pool to dip into. At night millions of stars hover just beyond your touch. Inside it is cozy enough to stay completely lazy. I highly recommend this magical spot where even the ghosts are friendly.

DREAM HOUSE

April 2, 2013

A Dream house with the most astonishing view at the Aegean . I spent a week with my family last September and I must say that the hospitality and the kindness of Mariaelena made our holidays a real pleasure . The house is just 15 minutes from the port by car and it is fully equiped so you don't need to carry much with you . What we liked very much is that there are no other houses close to you . There is also a very nice beach near (Otzias). For the rest , I think i'll let the photos speak for themselves . It was just amazing . Thank you Mariaelena

I know Marialena and Nick the owners for many years. They have great taste which is fully felt in their Kea house. I spent there a full week and looking forward for more.

Guestbook

We bought the land from a friend in 2005 and built our shelves this summer house with love and attention. We spend there almost all our holidays, alone or with friends that come to share. In the winter we enjoy home cooking, games and endless conversation next to the fireplace. In the spring we cherish nature, long walks, trekking and cycling. In the summer the sun and the blue sea take care of everything and that goes on until late autumn days. Great food is around all year long. Try Mimis' corner for a sunset dinner on the beach -our favorite- and 9 Kores for seafood delicacies.

My digital photos hardly capture the astonishing beauty of the Cycladic nature, but hopefully it will intrigue the imagination as to what lies ahead.
