This newly built cottage has a dock & boat slip. It comes with a row boat for your enjoyment, or bring your own boat. Lakefront with a waterfall & crystal clear water for swimming. Okanagan living at it's finest with every detail in this two bedroom cottage. The kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom, located in the loft, includes an ensuite featuring an elegant tub with an expansive view of Okanagan Lake. From vaulted ceilings to decor lighting to french doors, this cottage offers high-end lakefront vacations. Two restaurants nearby, fine dining at Lake Okanagan Resort and great mexican food at La Casa.
It sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably, with a queen in the master bedroom, a futon in the livingroom and bunk beds in the second bedroom.

Kelowna is the largest city in the Okanagan Valley boasting all the amenities of a major city - fine dining, unique shops and a vibrant cultural life - yet orchards and vineyards thrive within a 10-minute drive of the downtown core.
