Brand new 850 sq. ft. single level all season cottage located in La Casa Resort with a breathless Okanagan Lake view either from dining table inside or on the big deck outside. It features two bedrooms with one queen bed and two bunk beds; it is ideal for a young family or mature adults for a romantic getaway. It has a full kitchen and it is nicely furnished. Hardwood flooring throughout the entire cottage to avoid allergy with a cozy fire place in the living room. The central heating and air conditioning system will give your stay a comfortable and relaxing memory. Enjoy a relaxing romantic BBQ (BBQ is provided) dinner on a huge deck with the gorgeous lake view after a fun day at the lake or other activities in the area or at the resort.

- The cottage is located in La Casa resort on the west side of Okanagan Lake near Fintry and it is around 35 min. away from Kelowna, Vernon or Westbank. The Resort has a private marina for boat launching and rental, putting green, swimming pool, theater, restaurant and pub, and a general store.

- 5 minutes away from ATV'ing or hiking trail at the back of the resort.

- 10 minutes away from an executive 9 hole golf course at Okanagan Resort.

- 45 minutes away from most of the 18 holes champion golf courses.

- 45 to 60 minutes away from most of the famous wineries.

- 60 to 70 minutes to Big Whites, Silver Star ski hill etc.

• Deposits: 50% of total cost, payable by cheque or money order, to secure reservation. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival date. A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 CDN is also required. This fund will be refunded upon confirmation of no damage, missing inventory, excessive cleaning required.
   
• Other Fees: Additional 5% GST apply to the total cost of renting.
