SUITE LIFE VACATION RENTAL


SUITE DESCRIPTION:
Our new, 1000 sq ft, 2 bedroom suite has been designed with true comfort in mind.

Both of the (2) large bedrooms have new, top of the line, Serta pillow-top, memory foam queen mattresses and (4) wonderful down filled pillows, Both bedrooms also have new: dressers, nightstands, lamps & alarm clocks. The comfy leather sectional, electric fireplace & recliners allow you to unstress and the 42" plasma TV with DVD player are perfect for those "lets just stay in days". The suite will accomodate four people.


The suite has central air conditioning & its own private covered deck complete with BBQ & patio-set. Just off the deck you will find two more seperate private sitting areas. A bench overlooking our pond and a bistro set overlooking the lake. A wonderful place for a morning coffee!

The kitchen has every thing you need to feel like a home away from home. This includes all glasses, mugs, cutlery, spices, dishes, microwave, kettle, coffee-maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, bakeware, fridge and glass-top stove. There's even coffee & tea stocked to start your holiday. There is also a phone for local calls, as well as your own answering machine.


You also have your own washing machine & dryer with starter laundry soap & dryer sheets. There is an ironing board, iron, laundry hamper & laundry basket for your use.

We also have free wire-less internet for your use during your stay with us. Surf the web on your personal laptop from the suite.

The suite has private parking off of Ensign Way down below with stairs to your private suite. The entrance is a key pad entry. No need to worry about keys.

As it is perched on a hill, the property has an amazing view of Okanagan Lake, Mount Boucherie and Mission Hills Winery. All visible from both the suite, the covered deck & the outdoor hot tub. The hot tub & the stars at night, need I say more!


The location is wonderful as we are located just over the bridge on the Westside. We have quick highway access and with the new bridge, its only a 10 minute drive to downtown Kelowna. We are also within 5 min of all the big box stores such as Walmart, London Drugs & Home Depot. There are many restaurants, coffee shops & banks in the same area. World class skiing at either Big White or Silver Star is just over an hour away. Crystal Mountain Ski Resort & Telemark Cross Country Skiing is a short 20 min drive. Kelowna International Airport is 30 min away. Close golfing is only 5 min away, at either Shannon Lakes or Two Eagles.


If you are a wine lover we are within a 10 minute drive to seven local wineries, including Quail's Gate, Mission Hill and Mt. Boucherie. The larger wineries all have fine dining with menus & views second to none.

There are beaches and boat launch onto Okanagan Lake in less than 10 min from our suite. Boats, sea-doos etc can be rented within 10 minutes from the suite. There is also parking available at the suite itself for guests bringing their own boats.
Various companies within Kelowna will also can rent boats or sea-doos & have them delivered within the area, free of charge (to the launch of your choice.)

If you feel like venturing further south, Summerland is only 35 min away and offers the Kettle Valley Steam Train & Summerland Sweets. Penticton is a 40 min drive, we love it for tubing down the river & for the beautiful beaches on both Okanagan & Skaha Lakes.


Whether you are visiting family in town, here on your own for some R&R, or need a suite to live in while you are between homes, our suite will offer you a beautiful, comfortable & relaxing haven.

Please note that the stairs & pathway to the suite are a bit steep, as such it may not be suitable for guests with very young children or guests with physical limitations.


GENERAL NOTES REGARDING THE SUITE RENTAL:
1) A $50.00 cleaning fee applies to all stays.
($100 cleaning fee for monthly stays.)
2) A $500.00 damage deposit is required for all stays.
3) A signed rental agreement is also required to hold a booking. It will be emailed to you on booking & simply needs emailed back with the required areas filled in.


MINIMUM AGE: Adults must all be over 25 years of age.

CHECK IN: After 3pm
CHECK OUT: By 11am

NO SMOKING,NO PETS

RE: Off season monthy rate:
- Utilities vary month to month as such rent will vary accordingly.
- The phone & hot tub are NOT operational during off season Sept-June . A phone can be added for a additional $30/month

EXECUTIVE VACATION HOME: It comprises the main upper two levels of the same house. ( The suite is in the, above ground, lower level). The executive rental has 2200 sq ft vs 1000 and is two full stories vs one.

It also has 2 bedrooms,(both with queen beds) & 1.5 baths.
The same (3) night minimum stay also applies.
