This 3 bedroom condo offers 2 swimming pools, tennis court, and fitness suite. It also provides covered parking for 2 vehicles. You can sit on the dock and fish or simply watch the boats sail by! The condo can sleep 8 people. Master has a king size bed , second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king bed on request. 2 additional convertible twin beds are available.

• Deposits: A reservation/security deposit of $200 will be required at time of booking a reservation. This deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied towards the cost of rent. If the property is left undamaged and in a satisfactory condition (in accordance with the rental agreement) this deposit will be refundable within 14 days of departure. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of reservation/security deposit and signed rental agreement.
