The Kemah Cottage is extremmly charming and offers a unique setting quite different from a beach house or condo. The cottage offers a comfortable setting with antique fixtures and furnishings everywhere you look. The Kemah Cottage provides the perfect setting and ultimate privacy for your special vacation. The cottage is beautiful landscaped creating privacy from the road and large fenced backyard with a small doggy door. There are covered patios in the front and back of the home. The cottage is fully equipped for your needs Providing a computer and internet with a Family Dollar within walking distance.

The Kemah Cottage is a few blocks from Galveston Bay, 5 min. to Kemah Boardwalk and 15 min. to Galveston Island and Moody Gardens. It is very close to Nasa Space Center and about 20 min. from Hobby Airport and about 30 min. to Downtown Houston.
The Kemah Boardwalk offers Holiday Events for every season as well as Fireworks every Friday night Rock the Dock and Jazz Fest offering live music with well know performers in Texas. There are 9 popular restaurants to choose from and lots of shopping. You and you family will enjoy the huge amusement park featuring the Bullet Roller Coaster, the Boardwalk Beast (one extreme boat ride) and the water fountain. I have seen kids play in it all day. There is a train that will take you from one end of the boardwalk to the other. You can spend a few days eating, shopping and looking at many power boats and sail boat coming from Clear Lake into the Galveston Bay from the boardwalk. There's also the Kemah Lighthouse District with shopping and bars.
