I rented this Kemah home sight unseen to celebrate a very special 55th birthday. From the minute we walked in, our jaws dropped. The pictures do NOT do justice to this beautiful home. We have two friends that have difficulty walking and the golf cart and the elevator were wonderful assets to have. The views are breathtaking. The sunrise is breathtaking. The house itself is absolutely breathtaking and we would love to rent it again. I was complimented on the house I chose and my friends were clamoring to rent it for themselves and their families. This made me feel very good. The owner is very quick to respond and answer any questions and problems you have. I mean immediately, so you feel never too far from the answers or the solutions.

My stay was excellent the home was beautiful and clean the view was even more beautiful the property manager was the best very helpful very informative always available I would recommend this property to anyone it can be rented for any occasion my family had a great memorable weekend

The overall trip and the house itself was nice we stayed for 3 nights Fri-Sun and left on Monday, the only thing was the Pier and the Deck to this house is unsafe, the door to the deck does not hae a latch on it and the wind started to blow real hard the door came down on my husband and child and we had to take him to the emergency room, other then that the house itself is awesome.

We recently stayed at Somerset. We had a 25th class reunion weekend that was absolutely perfect. The house and grounds were immaculate...even better than the pictures. Every person that was there commented on how great the place was and we can't wait to have our 30th there as well!!

The property was gorgeous. The views from the house were breathtaking. While swimming in the pool, and looking at the Bay, the feeling reminded me of when we were in the tropics. The house was very accommodating and everyone enjoyed themselves. Thank you

What a wonderful home and what wonderful memories we made! I cannot rave enough about the charm of this estate, the fun our families had, or the convenience of the trip overall. This trip has changed the way we will vacation in the future. What a nice spur of the moment trip it was from Houston, so close to every convenience yet, when at the home, you felt 1000 miles away. My only complaint was having to leave. I cannot say enough nice things about this home and how much we enjoyed ourselves.

This home went beyond our expectations; it was exactly what we wanted and more; we were there to celebrate our anniversary and we loved every minute of our stay. It was peaceful, restful and yet exciting...all went swimming in the wonderful private pool; some went fishing from the great pier; and we had wonderful meals and a great time. We had plenty of room; plenty of bathrooms; and everything we needed to cooi, bbq, etc. I would recommend it to anybody that is looking for a home away from home.
