Description of the Kemah vacation home rental
Master Bedroom has Queen bed, new jacuzzi tub and shower in the bath, and also direct access to 700 sf deck. Deck, which overlooks canal, has large Weber propane grill, patio table, umbrella, and 6 chairs.
Downstairs hangout room includes: small fridge, window a/c, and a bathroom with shower. Great area for teenagers and handy for boaters to use after coming back from fishing. Boat dock with room for 2 boats or jet skis. Immediate access to Clear Lake & Galveston Bay.
Pets welcome on a case by case basis. Please give us breed, age and # and we can quote your Pet Depsit and Pet Fee about your pet.
Parties? We have wonderful neighbors and want to keep them happy, so please be aware this is NOT a party house. Our rental agreement will reflect names of all guests, and those are the people who are allowed to stay at the house. We understand you may have a few day visitors but it is not okay to have a large group of people who might stay late into the evening.
Attention Fishermen: lots of big reds are being caught on Clear Lake right now, just a few minutes away from the house! Our next door neighbor is a guide and can hook you up.
MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY IS REQUIRED- NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU CAN STAY 2 NIGHTS, BUT 3 NIGHT RATE APPLIES.

Fishing guide lives right next door! Look at the 28" Redfish Captain Carey caught! He has Clear Lake Texas Fishing Trips and can hook you up while you are staying at the house. Don't need to sweat a long offshore trip when can catch fish 5 minutes away.
Gulf Freeway just minutes away, easy access to Houston and Galveston. Great restaurants, bars, shopping, several boat launches, good fishing, jet ski rentals, and other recreational activities all within minutes of property.

Fun even in the rain

My family and their children had the most wonderful time in your house. There was plenty of room and one of the best things was the big deck where the toddlers could play safely. They loved being on the water and were thrilled to see all the boats. The pizza delivery from Mario's was delicious, and Skipper's has wonderful Greek food. Rather than the drive to a beach in Galveston, they went to Sylvan Beach in La Porte and had a great time. Thank you for making your house available, it was great and we would love to do it again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. There was plenty of room. The kids loved the downstairs room where they hung out and slept. The adults (and kids) loved the upstairs and downstairs deck. We watched the Kemah fireworks from the upper deck on Friday night and played family games out on the deck the other nights. The shade and breeze on the lower deck during the day provided a great place to visit and tie the boat and jet ski. This house is close enough to the Kemah Boardwalk for dining and such but far enough away to provide less traffic and quiet! We will be back for sure!!

So cute! We have stayed here several times & love it more each time. It's agreat place to relax by the water, fish,dine outside,even play in the water.there is a # 1 fishing guide right next door.The Kemah Boardwalk is around the corner as well as great dining & nearby beaches.It's agreat place for an all around good time!!!!!

This is the perfect place to go when you need to chill by the water. You got the boat dock to fish off or just sit and watch the birds. Very cozy accommodations. Love the decks to watch the sunsets or the moon and stars at night. The lower deck is nice, shady and cool with a sea breeze during the day. I definitely recommend it!
