Pictures do not do this house justice. Recently stayed at this house and it could not have been any better. Tin was great to work with and even checked to make sure our stay was going well. This house has everything you need not to mention the location could not have been any better. We will be back. I would recommend this house for families and groups. Tons of room.

Outstanding weekend! My family (7 adults, 1 baby) and my brother's family (4 adults) celebrated my wife's bday weekend of 10/08/2011. Owners greeted us on Friday afternoon with balloons and a bottle of champagne for my wife. House is beautiful and roomy! Every amenity and necessity is there for you - from toiletries to all kitchen and bar needs to grill and pool. Owner maintained contact to make sure we did not have unmet needs. Very nice people! The experience exceeded our expectations which were quite high.

We needed a comfortable place for several of our family members to stay who had come to town to celebrate our daughter's wedding. We were from North Carolina, Missouri and Hawaii, and had not all been together for years. This house was fantastic! It had everything we needed to cook, visit, swim and basically relax either all together or in privacy. The alternative would have been to have gotten several hotel rooms, but that would not have provided the perfect setting that was offered by staying at this home. The owners were absolutely wonderful, and truly made us feel at home. We will definitely return to this location again. Excellent vacation house by the Marina! Awesome view and the house is everything you could ask for! Well equipped with all the things (e.g kitchen appliances, toiletries, etc.) you need in a vacation house and more! Such an enormous house that has great decor and functional areas! The pool and spa are such an added bonus! Great security and quiet neighborhood! So close to Kemah boardwalk where kids truly enjoyed the rides and fireworks! Strategic location - close to Galveston island and Houston airport! Most importantly, the owners were very hospitable and helpful in finding good places to eat and visit. They were very considerate and understanding about the checkout policy. They are simply very nice people!!!! If ever we go back to Texas, there's no doubt that we'll surely rent this vacation house again! I SO give them a thumbs up and a five star!

The home was even more than what I expected right down to the furnishing, accessories and the views of the Marina. The home was very clean and the kitchen was equiped with all the modern appliances, including a wet bar and wine refrigerator for storing your wine. The owners are very gracious and has anticipated the quests needs. The kemah Boardwalk is about 2 miles away and the fish markets are less than a mile away. It was great weekend getway.
