• Deposits: A 500 dollar deposit is required at the onset of the reservation and payment in full is due 30 days before arrival. If cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival then the deposit will be refunded in full. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will lose their deposit.
   
• Other Fees: A $60 dollar cleaning fee will be added to your stay. A $100 dollar deposit will be held and returned to you once the home is inspected.
