is a casual, country, family oriented Vacation Resort offering lodgings in typical Maine cottage and motel units. Located within walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach, with access to fishing and boating.
Come and Enjoy a relaxing New England Vacation on the Southern Maine Coast, away from noise and congestion, yet still close to the Kennebunks, Wells, and Ogunquit .

Stroll to the beach, relax in our pool, or hop into our hot tub . . . unwind at our comfortable, country motel and cottage resort!
We have one room units for 2-3 persons, including king bed jacuzzi rooms, one bedroom units for couples or families, as well as several 2 bedroom units that can be rented nightly or by the week. This site does NOT allow us to list them individually. Please call or email for details.

Area Description

We are surrounded by Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge area. A river (the Mousam) opens into the beach, a 10 minute walk across from us. Rural area, great for birds and butterflies. On Trolley Route for the Kennebunks, and Wells, Ogunquit.

A great place, September 21, 2009

we stayed there 4 days with our dog and we have enjoyed every moments of it. even if it is not great luxury place, It is clean and quiet, the owner and employees were very helpful. We have used th BBQ twice and it is working very well.The beach was great and only 15 minutes walk. Of course, we were lucky with the weather, but our general impression of the place was very positive. The room (# 14) was large enough with 2 double beds. The bathroom was a little bit small and of course it is was little bit scary to walk the dog on the other side of the road 9 at night, but it is not really a great inconvenient considering the other advantages of being there. We will return there for sure.

We parked our car and didn't move it again until it was time to go back home.The cottage was clean and charming. The beach is very clean and the water is surprisingly warm(for Maine)Restaurants within walking distance.Food at Huots is wonderful. We are planning to return next summer.

This was a great find.Cozy,clean and quiet.It was a short walk to a beautiful beach.We drove to York Zoo and it was not too far.My children loved it...
