One our long time 2-week renters just dropped from two to ONE week so August 16 to 23, 2013 is now available.
Waterfront, Year Round Luxury Home with water on 3 sides. 4,250 sq foot, 3 level, 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath, 4 Fireplaces, 1900's "Summer Cottage." Sleeps up to 12 but prefer groups of 8 or less.
Stunning location with water on 3 sides. Watch the yachts come and go down the Kennebunk River from our 3 Season Wrap around porch. Or enjoy the views from our year round sunset - sun porch. Easy walk to Dock Square Shops or to stunning Colony Beach (both than half a mile).
4 Fireplaces for those cool Maine nights (3 Gas, 1 Electric). Top End Appliances including Washer and Dryer. Computer with WiFi and Internet Access. Gas Fireplaces.

Area Information
There's far more to do in the Kennebunks than one could possibly enjoy in one visit. Once in the Kennebunks, you'll discover why visitors return and vacation here year round.
The Kennebunks offer dining from lobster bakes and clam shacks to five-star restaurants. Discover shopping, summer theater, antiques and art galleries. We absolutely love your home and its location. The view from the kitchen overlooking the cove is so beautiful. Coming from South of France to Kennebunkport was a great change of scenery.
