Gorgeous, multi-million dollar home in Kennebunkport with private beach. Home sits on a beautifully landscaped parcel off of Ocean Avenue, just seconds from Walkers Point. First floor has master bedroom room with master bath and walk-in closet. Second floor has two bedrooms with individual baths; and the third floor has two twin beds and sitting area with TV. House also has grand room, TV room and nicely out fitted dining room. kitchen is fully out fitted with Sub Zero refrigerator. Weber grill is also available. Beach area is called Cleaves Cove and is private; within a 20 second walk to the house. Great views of ocean from third floor. Combination of hardwood and carpeted floors. Minutes to downtown Kennebunkport.
Home will sleep eight. Linens are provided. NO SMOKING. NO PETS ALLOWED.

The home sits in a wonderfully private neighborhood on Ocean Avenue, just seconds past Walker's point. Downtown Kennebunkport is a couple of minutes away. Private beach is deeded into the house. Public beaches are available along with easy access to shopping and dining establishments. Wonderful location!!!!!
