Description of the Kennewick vacation guesthouse rental

A fully furnished large studio apartment is available as a weekly rental for $40 per night ($30/nt for February only) in the Tri-Cities (Kennewick). The apartment has a full kitchen with a microwave and toaster oven, bathroom, twin bed, double-sized futon, TV w/ antenna, VCR, DVD player, writing desk, walk-in closet, and is stocked with linens and kitchenware. This apartment is within 3 miles of Columbia Center Mall, the Convention Center, grocery/drug stores, and local freeways/highways. There is easy access to the abundant selection of local Columbia Basin wineries and vineyards. Our in-law quarters studio is so large that one area is partitioned off as a bedroom and the other as a living room/kitchen area. The unit is attached to our home but is very private with it's own outside entrance, fenced yard, and heating unit. It is a great place to stay whether you are here for business or pleasure.

Rental periods of less than a week may be considered upon request. A refundable $100 cleaning/damage deposit is required. No housekeeping services are provided during the rental period. There are occupancy limits. This is a non-smoking property.

Three rivers cross through this area, the Yakima, Snake, and Columbia. This provides scenic drives, parks, and river activities. There are historical areas and antique shops in the surrounding area. Wineries and vineyards are in the nearby countryside. Our studio is in town with quick and easy access to all the Tri-City attractions. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood that is easy to reach off of Columbia Center Blvd.
