Romantic Waterfront Sunsets

This wonderful waterfront retreat provides spectacular sunset views over the Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy and relax on the dock, by the pool or in the hot tub. If you have a boat, arrangements can be made to tie up at the Marina just one block away. Only an hour from downtown Washington or Baltimore, you can use this relaxing location to explore museums, fine restaurants or go to the Atlantic Shore beaches. Historic Annapolis is also just across the Bay. But you will likely find it hard to leave the tranquility and the majestic views of the incredible Chesapeake. The house has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, loft, screened porch and three full baths. Sleeps 8 in 1 king, two queen and two single day beds(also a sleep sofa). Master bedroom has king and private bath. Second bedroom has two queen beds. Media Room has a two day beds and generous game area for kids, a 42 inch flat screen TV with a full Bose surround sound for theater quality sound.

IN CONSIDERATION OF OUR NEIGHBORS, WE DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY FOR EVENTS AND DO NOT PERMIT EVENTS OR PARTIES TO BE HELD ON SITE.

Your stay with us also is ecologically friendly. We support the Chesapeake Bay restoration efforts. To that end, we recycle all we can, offer you bikes and kayaks for pollution free travel, and purchase all of the electricity that you will use from wind sources. You can enjoy yourself and support the environment at the same time.

This is our guest house and is in frequent use by family and friends. Accordingly we do not always update the availability calendar. But please contact us for availability, you never know when it might be your opportunity.

Please note our minimum rental periods and rates. We rarely make exceptions and do not negotiate rates.

Kent Island is the largest island in the Chesapeake. It has a variety of restaurants, parks, bike trails etc. It is a boaters paradise and a great place to launch boat trips out to Annapolis, St. Michaels or even up to Baltimore.
