Description of the Kent Island vacation home rental
The main home, Baydreams (3Bedroom, 2 bath) can be rented to smaller parties of 6 or less at a lower nightly rate for those who do not need the BayCottage Suite.The Suite features a seperate bedroom with a plush King Bed, full functioning eat in kitchen, waterfront Living Room with pull out Queen sleeper sofa, a fireplace and panoramic views of the Chester. There is also a full bath and screened in porch and use of the laundry facilities.
*Please note, this Suite is only rented out in addition to the main house, Baydreams, at an additional cost. It is not rented out separately. if you decide you only need the main house, the suite wll remain vacant.
Our home features indoor as well as outdoor amenities to satisfy any vacationer's taste. Baydreams Vacation Home offers a carefree time in a waterfront setting surrounded by fish, sunshine and the Eastern Shore starlight. Baydreams, a Chesapeake Bay vacation home.

We rented Baydreams for a short golf weekend, and couldn't have been more pleased it. The house is beautiful, has everything you need, and the owners are incredibly attentive. I can't wait to take the family back. The dock and yard are great for just sitting and hanging out, but there are several good golf courses nearby and lots of crab places on the water a very short drive or boat ride away.

Everything you need for a great stay

We were in the area for a wedding and had the good fortune to stay at the Baydreams house. Arrangements were handled easily and the house exceeded our expectations. It was well located and complete with everything you could need including toys and games in the toy chest, bikes in the garage, canoes w/life jackets and even spices and condiments in the kitchen. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Baydreams is a dream come true. Great views of the water from every room. The house is equipped with everything you could need in a quiet residential community. It even had all the homey touchs. We really enjoyed the navel pictures and the knick-knacks all around.

We had a wonderful family vacation in your beautiful and comfortable home. We had a busy week with travels to Baltimore (Go Orioles!), Ocean City, Chestertown (for duckpin bowling) and Eastern Neck Island to visit our grandparents (great grandparents old home). The local outlets and restaurants at Kent Narrows were a nice break. There was always something entertaining to do at the house. We caught perch, rockfish and crab from the dock and took the Shimmy Wizzle and the kayak out to sea. After a nice dinner from the grill at the Tiki Bar, the most fun was conversation in the hot tub with a cold National Bohemian. You have a wonderful thing here and we appreciate your opening your home to our family.

06/30/09 Positive Baydreams was the PERFECT home for our family to come together, spend time laughing and enjoying the celebration of my sister-in-law's wedding.
The home was so well-appointed - I can't think of anything that we needed that was not there. Seems like you've thought of everything!
Everyone had such a fantastic time and we all wished we had more time to spend there. A couple of days to just relax in that gorgeous waterside backyard would be wonderful!

01/01/09 Positive Our family (11 of us) have been staying on both sides of the bay for many years....each Christmas season. Our stay at Baydreams was unparalleled. The home was incredibly well appointed and supplied and its situation on the Chester River was the finest. Soon after arrival grandchildren and their parents with binoculars saw an adult bald eagle just in front of the house. Hundreds of buffleheads and a number of loons were there from sunrise to sunset. We hiked the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center where are good friend Judy Wink is in charge. All things considered we would love to return next season and the consideration was unamimous....and thanks for allowing us to check in early!

07/25/07 Positive Baydreams was the perfect vacation. We were a group of mothers and daughters that enjoyed our stay so much that we were all disappointed to leave. The home is just like advertised. It is so peaceful and beautiful. It is decorated so nicely. The girls enjoyed the rowing in the boats and fishing off the dock. Staying in the master suite was delightful, especially having coffee on the private balcony and watching the sunrise. This home won't disappoint you.
