Blackberry Barn itself is a beautifully preserved antique barn modernized into unique lofted living and sleeping spaces.

The Barn comes fully furnished with 1 bedroom and 2 sleeping lofts, 1.5 baths, a stone and brick fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen.

This beautiful area offers access to many outdoor activities such as country and downhill skiing, hiking, and biking on the Catskill rail trails. There are also lots of music and concert venues, museums, sculpture gardens, vineyards, art galleries and great restaurants.

For families, there is a bowling alley, berry and apple picking, a roller skating rink, downhill skiing, horseback riding and tons of other activities all within a short drive.

Very kid friendly! We have tons of kids movies & games, portacrib and high chair for guest use. We even have a pup tent and sleeping bags available if your little one wants to try a camp out!

We have a fire pit outside by the private pond, a beautiful tended garden surrounding the barn, and a 1 acre yard great for playing croquet or frisbee.

• Other Fees: Rates quoted above are for parties of up to 4. Additional persons are another $25 per person, per night. $7 per person linen fee + $50 cleaning charge required per stay.
