Description of the Kernville vacation apartment rental

One bedroom apartment has Spanish tile throughout. There are French doors leading out to a large fully fenced private patio with outdoor furniture.

Apartment is completely furnished with new amenities, such as, a queen size bed, linens, dinnette table, and futon couch with a Sealy mattress. Kitchen is fully functional with a stove, refridgerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pans and dishes.

For your entertainment, a a 19" flat sreen T.V. with DVD is provided.

Ideal for two adults and a couple of kids or as a romantic getaway for two!

Note: Wine, flowers, decorations, and a suprise dinner for special occasions can be arranged for an additional fee, making your vacation special!

Area Description

Kernville is ideally located with numerous outdoor activities at your doorstep. The apartment is walking distance to the Kern River which is famous for its world class white water rafting, intertubing and fishing. Beautiful Lake Isabella is only a half mile away which is popular for boating, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. There is also a nice nine hole golf couse a quarter mile away. And lastly the Giant Sequios are just 45 minutes away. Kernville is a beautiful and breathtaking area to spend either an exciting or a relaxing vacation at.

A new sophisticated European Resturant is located in our building. An exciting new Micro Brewery with entertainment certain nights is located within walking distance. And one can walk outside the gate and across the street, right to the River!
