• Deposits: I take 35% down that is non-refundable to secure your dates. 35% non-refundable 30 days out and balance one week prior to arrival.
   
• Other Fees: If you rent UNDER 5 nights there is a $75 housekeeping charge. If you want any concierge services (ie fill your refrig. with groceries...) it is $55/hour plus supplies. Housekeeping is $30/hour.
