Vacation Rental Description

The condo is located in West Ketchum. The 1195 sq ft condo features a large living/dining room with entertainment unit, gas fireplace, pull out queen sofa, hardwood floor, original art, TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo, videos, books, nice furnishings. The kitchen has all appliances, granite counter, all dishes, glasses and cookware.
Each bedroom is oversized and has it's own bathroom, the master bedroom has a large jacuzzi tub, king size beds or two separate twins, dresser with TV and VCR, table and chairs.

Area Description

Ketchum is one mile from world famous Sun Valley. Free Kart bus service is available between Ketchum, Sun Valley, Elkhorn, Hailey. The summer and winter resort offers downhill skiing on Mt. Baldy (within walking distance from the condo) The complex features the only yearround heated pool and hot tub in Ketchum. Winter activities include down hill skiing, cross country skiing, sleigh rides, snow shoeing, ice skating, ice hockey, hot air ballon rides, sleding, spa etc.. Summer activities include golfing, tennis, soccer, Running of the sheep, Wild West Wagon Days, music festival, theaters, dancing, ice shows and ice skating, biking, hikint, fishing etc.
