This is a fully furnished Penthouse that has one King master suite with a large private covered deck and a large master bedroom with a jetted bathtub. Very large walk in closet.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with its own bathroom with tub/shower.
A powder room on the main level along with a laundry room.

Gourmet kitchen, dining room, large living room with gas fireplace and large heated deck with afternoon sun most of the day
There is an elevator and covered parking.

We would like to rent long term at $4800 a month high season and $4000 low season. This includes all utilities except phone.

Will rent for weekly use during major holidays only (Christmas, Labor day, Presidents week and Thanksgiving).


A 7 night minimum stay is required. We would prefer Saturday-Saturday check in/check out.

This penthouse is located in the heart of downtown. Across the street from Starbucks, next door to the Wine Company and the Cavallino's martini lounge. A 1/2 a block away from Atkinsons grocery store.
You will not find a nicer Penthouse for this price in a better location.
