Description of the Ketchum vacation condo rental

This condo is the corner unit on the 2nd floor of a beautifully maintained building and so it has the most spectacular views imaginable. The condo is full of windows (with shades, of course) but it is full of wonderful light. It has beautiful rooms and a fabulous kitchen. It is fully furnished, cozy, quiet, just perfect year round.

Area Description

Ketchum is right at River Run and a 5 minute drive to either Sun Valley or Warm Springs. We use our place all year, skiing at these wonderful lifts, or cross skiing right from our door during the winter and taking wonderful hikes and bike rides during the spring and summer. There are multiple movie theatres in Ketchum, art galleries, lectures and great restaurants. Once in the condo there is minimal or no need for a car.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Check In: 12 p.m.
Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: one week
Deposits: 50% is due to me to hold the reservation and is not refundable 50% is due to me 10 days before arriving so that I can send the key to the renter
Other Fees: If people choose daily maid service or bi-weekly maid service, that is available. I can arrange it but they must pay for it.
