Premier Location. Unexpected luxury & comfort

I had high expectations and those expectations were exceeded. Property was very nicely furnished and very comfortable in spite of the frigid outside. We really enjoy vacation condo or suite experience over hotel rooms where we can enjoy being with children and grandchildren. Parking was convenient and safe. Probably the most noticeable difference from other vacation rentals that we have rented was the apparent forethought of our needs by the owner which made me feel more like a" house guest" than a "renter". I would highly recommend this property and owner.

I have stayed in this condo twice - once for a girls' weekend and once for a couples' retreat. The condo is VERY nice, clean and spacious. It has quality bedding and towels, a spacious and stocked kitchen, a nice flat screen with cable and iPod connections, a hot tub just outside the patio area, and a very spacious master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The laundry room with washer/dryer was nice for washing clothes after a long day on the mountain. We were able to walk to/from downtown Ketchum very easily (about a 10 minute walk) which was really nice. With our own parking spot, if we drove anywhere we didn't have to worry about coming back to the condo and searching for parking. This was far nicer than staying in a hotel and it didn't feel like you were using other people's things. The owner is very friendly and helpful and will respond quickly to your questions and requests. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

Beautiful decorated condo with all the comforts. This is a very thoughtful owner who thinks of all the comforts that anyone would like. Nice comfy beds, linens , soaps, towels, robes,slippers, coffee,TV's,heated floors. etc. All the comforts of home in a very classy atmosphere. Everything was thought of in this condo for romance and comfort. Location is close to main street lot's of good restaraunts,walking trails, river and skiing. Beautiful views when walking on trails. Hot tub right outside.

John's Condo was great...like new, and can easily accommodate 6 adults. The hot tub is perfectly located right next to the back patio. Parking is easy and the location is great for skiing and mountain biking. John was great to work with!

We spent 7 nights in this lovely condo. It was so comforatable and just like being home except with a mountain view. We walked to the hike/bike trail from here all the way to the Sun Valley resort and back - perfect location. Everything was just as we expected, if not better. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful condo in a terrific location. It was perfect for our fall weekend. Working with the owner was so easy. He was quick to respond and very helpful.

The condo is convenient to town and the greenbelt. It is spotless and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed cooking, grilling and hanging out both indoors and on the patio.

We love going to Sun Valley area and expect to rent this unit again if it's available.

Our family has been staying in Sun Valley every summer for years. We typically choose a different condo or house to rent each time, and this is the nicest condo we've stayed in. It is comfortable, new, nicely decorated, and in an ideal location for cycling. This is a perfect place to stay with friends or older children. The pictures do it justice, and the owner was very helpful and always responded quickly.

Ketchum is one of my favorite places, and I'm familiar with the town. This condo is in a great location for summer or winter activities. The condo is spacious, well equipped, comfortable and high end. The patio is great for breakfast or dinner, or watching the paragliders from Baldy. You can walk into town for a great meal, get on the bike path for a run or bike ride, or hike up or down Baldy with the convenience of this location. It's easy to relax in the nicely appointed living room with large TV and fireplace, or cook a meal in the open kitchen. The price is reasonable and the owner has provided lots of information on the area. For my next trip to Ketchum, I would check this condo first for availability.

We were in Sun Valley to attend the ice show for my in-laws 56th wedding anniversary. This condo accommodated us perfectly. Plenty of room for a short stay with 8 adults. Linens and beds very comfortable and kitchen nicely outfitted. Great location...easy walk to town and base of River Run. Owner is very easy to work with even when we had to call to for a little help on getting the TV going! Would definitely stay here again!

When inquiring about renting this property in Ketchum the owner was very accomodating and helpful. We made our decision to stay in this rental based on location, ammenities, owners personal care and price. When we arrived we were delighted with the ammenites. Tastefully decorated, the property made us feel immediatly at home. The beds were very confortable, the pillows and linens - excellent quality. The complex is quiet even on the well appointed patio. The kitchen is well equipted and there is even a grill on the patio for grilling you special entree. The accomodations are close to town but far enough away to enjoy your privacy. Seven of us ladies stayed for a golfing weekend and throughly enjoyed the condo. With Idaho summer's heat and winter's snow, the underground parking is a God-send. You won't go wrong staying in this condo. For those of you not familiar with the Sun Valley Area, Ketchum and Sun Valley are virtually the same town. Don't get hung with high prices just because another listing says "Sun Valley"!

Oh, also make a lovely memory by reserving a rink-side table at Gretchen's at the Sun Valley lodge to watch the ice show in the evenings or watch the local and professional skaters practice mid-day (at no extra charge) with a delightful lunch at Gretchen's.

We had a great time and would definately rent this condo again!

John was great to work with. Secured a reservation just a couple of days prior to the visit without any problems. The condominium was very nice. The beds were great. Haven't had a better night's sleep away from home. All amenities were found as represented on the site. Within walking distance to main street, yet far enough away for peace and quiet.

What a great exeprience for a weekend (or week) in Sun Valley. Convenient location with underground parking (and elevator!). John was great to work with and it felt like staying with family (without the drama ;)). The condo is emaculate and very comfortable for 6 people. The layout really gives the feeling of much more with what amounts to separate master bedrooms plus a 3rd bedroom. We will be back - no doubt about it!!!

This condo was so wonderful for us. We slept 6 very comfortably. It is beautifully outfitted, wonderful towels and sheets, great living area with comfy couch, marble countered kitchen, everything is in pristine condition. The outdoor patio was a nice extra living space. We have been to Sun Valley in the winter but never in the summer. Although it was in the 90's outside, the condo felt cool and quiet. With the lovely fireplace I'm sure it will be a terrific ski chalet as well. The local ski lift is a short trip down the street and you are directly behind the Main St with easy access to everything. We will be back!

Four of us stayed at this wonderful property and had an amazing time ... The process started with a friendly — and professional — owner who was always available for emails and even cell phone calls. He had all the information we needed — and, just in case, this site is an accurate description of everything that is waiting for you. No crazy vacation surprises. The condo is modern, beautiful, accessible, includes underground and easy-to-use parking, and located in a perfect part of town — right between River Run and the Downtown area. I've been going to the Sun Valley area for 50 years and can't think of a better way to keep going back. The owner offers discounts for repeat customers — I'll definitely make that happen one of these days soon!!!

This is an awesome condo!! Very tastefully decorated. Everything felt like it was new. It is a great location. You could walk to town, hit the paved bike path and if it was in ski season you could walk to the the River Run ski lift. We had 3 couples and the space was very comfortable. Hard to imagine a better condo for the money!!! Highly recommend this condo. We will be going back!!

I could not have been more pleased with our recent stay at this beautiful Ketchum condo. Not only is it within walking distance of delicious restaurants, but you don't necessarily want to leave because it's so comfortable: Wonderful, clean beds, huge, cozy couches, and giant TV. All of it - was great.
When I rent a vacation spot for my family and me I'm always nervous because pictures can tell a different story. But the pictures of this condo don't do it justice. If you decide to rent this condo be prepared for a great night's sleep at a relaxing and fun location.

We were very pleased and impressed with the condo. The place was brand new, and the set up was quite comfortable with plenty of space. The condo was decorated tastefully, and the owner was very helpful and responsive. I'm sure we'll be staying here again soon!

Couldn't have been better. We had a group from KC, Jackson Hole and Pocatello. Great central location with an easy walk in to town. Kitchen well equipped for a relaxing dinner in. Photos are true to life. Would highly recommend this Condo. Thanks John!

We spent a perfect weekend at your home. It was a reunion for college roommates and we could not have asked for a better place to spend it. The home was modern, classy, and perfectly clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality. There were extra hot tub towels and the hot tub is about 10 steps from the back door. The furniture was beautiful and in perfect condition and the location of the home is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fabulous weekend!

Our family stayed here for a wonderful spring skiing vacation. It far exceeded our expectations. For the price, I don't think you can find a better value in all of Sun Valley.

Great Proximity: This condo is the closest you can get to the River Run side of Bald Mountain. It is literally on the other side of the parking lots. It is the first shuttle stop after coming off the mountain or only a thirty second drive from the parking lot. Underground parking at the condo is nice and right next to the elevator. This first floor condo is easy to get to. We could be off the mountain and in the hot tub in less than ten minutes.

Accomodations: This condo is brand new and decorated beautifully. The bedding in each room is as nice as a five star hotel. The master bath has a jetted tub and separate shower as well as a large closet. The three rooms were perfect for our family but could easily accomodate three couples as well. The hot tub is just on the other side of the patio and is the perfect end to a long ski day.

Amenities: The owners of this condo have thought of EVERYTHING! The kitchen was fully equipped with all the cookware needed to bake and cook meals. The media center has iPod dock and great surround sound that is fully integrated with the TV and DVD player. Nothing was overlooked as there is a waffle iron, blow dryer, necessary cleaning supplies, a movie selection etc.

If you want a perfect vacation with family or friends, this is the place to stay. We look forward to coming again.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. The kids loved the bunkbed and the fact that the hot tub is literally right behind the patio. The condo is no more than a quarter mile from River Run lodge (an easy walk if you're so inclined). The master bedroom and bath are very large, modern, and absolutely beautiful. The entire condo is incredibly clean. It's obviously been very well taken care. We hope to stay here again in the future.
