This charming two story lakefront cottage is located on Keuka Lake in the heart of the wine region of New York State's Finger Lakes. The cottage is a drive to (no steps to walk down) with a beautiful level beach and yard for children to play. It is located on the West side of Keuka Lake on Rte 54A, midway between Hammonsport and Penn Yan. There is a dock for boat docking and fishing. Restaurants and wineries are just a short drive away. If you desire a restful, scenic, and enjoyable vacation, this is your place.

Area Description

The surrounding area offers a multitude of activities. The most popular would be taking tours of the wineries followed by wine tastings. The drives to the wineries offers some of the most breath taking scenery in the Finger Lakes region. Also, the wineries of Seneca Lake are only 1 hour away. For the more adventurous, there is always hiking or biking. Antiquing is a favorite pasttime of visitors and locals alike. There are also several golf courses in the area. Of course, the lake offers a myriad of sport opportunities, such as, swimming, boating, water skiing, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, and tubing.

The cottage was lovely, with plenty of room (there were 6 of us; could have had more). Everything exceeded our expectations. We plan on going back to Keuka in the future, and will definitely try to rent this cottage again.

My family and I stayed here last summer and it was the most relaxing and fun vacation we've had. From waking up and drinking coffee on the front porch watching the sunrise, to swimming and playing basketball, to eating at one of the many restaurants on the water. Keuka Lake is the best kept secret in the US.

My family stayed here for a week last August and had a fantastic time. The cottage is beautiful and had everything we needed. The lake is right outside your doorstep! We are looking forward to our return visit this year over 4th of July. I highly recommend this slice of paradise in upstate NY.
