Description of the Key Largo vacation cabin rental
SPECTACULAR VIEW. Secluded - Private - Quiet, one half mile from the Highway in the North Key Largo Hammocks State Park, this cabin fronts on the John Pennekamp with a gorgeous ocean view. From this tranquil setting, you are a short distance from everything you could want in south Florida and the Keys. You are five miles north of the John Pennekamp facilities. And only minutes from Dive shops, Fishing Camps, Water-sports, etc.
A super market grocery store is a short three mile drive south. Miami Airport is 45 minutes north. Everglades National Park is less than a hour. Key West is a beautiful two hour sunrise drive to the south across islands and bridges. Take a daytrip to the south west coast of Florida along the Tamiami Trail past Shark Valley and the Big Cypress National Preserve.
We also have available two canoes and a 2 person kayak. You can set sail from the canal behind the cabin, venture out in the ocean and dive for lobster or navigate and explore the many mangrove trails.
Or just relax on the several decks surrounding the second floor of your Cabin enjoying the quiet ocean views and wildlife of Florida.

My wife and I traveled to the Keys for our 25th Anniversary. What a wonderful experience. The "cabin" exceeded our expectations by far. It was a wonderful journey made perfect by the accommodations. We enjoyed the amazing sunrises, kayaking and the peace and serenity not found in our daily lives. Thank you so much for everything. It was perfect..:)

This home is lovely. The location was convenient, the view spectacular, and the house itself was exactly what we needed. My family and I thouroughly enjoyed ourselves. The beds and linens were incredible and all the creature comforts of home were there to aid in our relaxation.

This is truly a fabulous place to stay. The views are unbeatable. You have the Atlantic ocean right at your doorstep. You can drop in a kayak or canoe and explore, go snorkeling or take a dip to cool off. It is quite and surprisingly private. Some days we never left the cabin. It is clean and well appointed. The beds are so comfortable and it was easy to prepare great meals in the kitchen. It is the perfect getaway cabin. Diving at nearby Pennecamp State Park is also a must. You can get certified while you are there.

This cozy cabin is lovely and situated on the water with a canal between house and water....we enjoyed our stay on Key Largo and the only real negative was that the wind blew so hard the whole time we were there that we couldn't enjoy the large deck. There are canoes and kayaks for guests to enjoy as well. There are neighbors close by but they were very quiet and we never heard them. Hostess Mary Ann was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. This is an ideal spot to enjoy quiet and leisure and/or take advantage of all the sights around the area and the water sports that are available. Fisherman's paradise!

Beautiful, secluded beach and everything you could ask for in the cottage. We enjoyed using the kayaks do go out with the dolphins and manatees. After being out at the beach all day, the outdoor spa was a joy. We loved it there so much we bought groceries and had all of our meals there so as not to lose precious time in nature. The gardens are beautiful with a range of plant diversity.

The view is spectacular - pretty much unparalleled for the Keys. An unobstructed 160 degree view of the Atlantic. Lightning storms just made it more spectacular! The "cabin" as the hosts call it is very comfortable, nicely decorated with contemporary furnishings, and well equipped for anything we wanted. Mary Ann was very available before and during our stay to answer questions and even give advice about the area. There is a lot to do in the area so we did not get the kayak (part of the cabin) out until the last day. There are also two canoes, fishing poles, etc, etc. Can you tell we were impressed?

The cabin is fabulous, the views spectacular. My family had a blast in the great oceanfront property. It is secluded and away from the daily grind. We really enjoyed relaxing on the deck and watching the sunrise and sunset each night. The kayak and canoes were put to good use out on the ocean many times. If you are looking for a great hideaway to get away, this is it. Even though its secluded, it is nearby everything the Keys has to offer. Great restaurants, parasailing, snorkeling in John Pennecamp State Park, Everglades eco tours, etc. There are beaches nearby and more beaches with a small drive of under an hour. I can't wait to go back and stay again!!!
