Description of the Key Largo vacation condo rental
The condo you'll be enjoying is located in a complex called Moon Bay, which is more like a resort than a condominium. There are two pools, free tennis courts, saunas, a private boat slip, and a dock for fishing and saltwater swimming, to mention just a few of the amenities.
Moon Bay has two pools, with plenty of deck for soaking up the sun. There are restaurants, right on the water within walking distance. There is also a bike and jogging path across the street.
The condo is only a short drive from Everglades National Park, and just over a mile away is John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. As the home of mainland America's only living reef, Pennekamp is world-famous as an outstanding spot for scuba diving and snorkeling. Saltwater fishing in the Keys attracts people from all over the world.
The unit has two bedrooms and a bath and a half. The entire unit is air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There are three televisions, CD player, DVD, and a video and music library. There is a free washer and dryer in the unit. You'll also have access to a recreation room with ping-pong, and an outdoor grill right on the waterfront.
My rates for four guests start at $895.00 There is a $200.00 security deposit on first rentals. Monthly rates start at $2,495.00. Ask me about last minute discounts.
If I am booked I will suggest the nicest condo open the day you need.

Immaculate Condo

This is a very nice property on the strip of Key Largo. The condo was very clean and roomy. The complex has a very nice pool and is on the side of the Keys facing the Everglades. My only disappointment was that there wasn't a beach and no sidewalks. The people were very friendly at the condo complex and would recommend it if you don't mind not having a beach or a place to walk.
Owner's reply:
Absolutely correct about the beach. There are no World Class Beaches in the Keys. I take my grandkids to Miami Beach when they need a World Class Beach fix.
I do not understand the sidewalk comment..Directly across the street is a bike, jogging path, that goes over 100 miles to Key West. I have ridden my bike on it 100 miles. It is paved all the way.

Great place with the feel of home

Started our search of a place to stay in the Keys and after much searching, this place more than met our needs. Everything was fantastic and exactly as Capt. Don stated in the advertisement. This place is so convenient to diving and other activities. There's a lot to do there including just relaxing. The place was immaculate and had a lot of amenities for the activities (not normally found in a rental unit). I can't say enough good things about my experience in renting from Capt. Don. The diving was perfect.

Fantastic Condo

Our family just got home from a vacation in this condo. It was amazing. It was everything that was advertised and more. It looks just like the photos, and has everything you could need. We spent the week snorkling, and swimming and having a blast with our two 18 year old kids. I would recomend this property to anyone. The view of the water is fantastic and rooms were comfortable.

Beautiful Moon Bay Condo

This unit is everything the owner claims and is like your "home away from home." Beautiful sunset view from the unit as well as the dock. Close to everything you need. Extremely well kept unit. The complex is also immaculate; beautiful pool area and grounds. The only complaint (minor) is road noise from the highway, and 2 full baths would have worked out better for 2 adult couples. The owner was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend this unit.
