Description of the Key Largo vacation condo rental

Thank you for your interest in my Key Largo vacation home. If you love the ocean, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed spending a vacation anywhere in the Florida Keys.

The condo you'll be enjoying is located in a complex called Moon Bay, which is more like a resort than a condominium. There are free tennis courts, saunas,a private boat slip, and a dock for fishing and saltwater swimming, to mention just a few of the amenities.

Moon Bay has two pools, with plenty of deck for soaking up the sun. There are restaurants, right on the water within walking distance. There is also a bike and jogging path across the street.

The condo is only a short drive from Everglades National Park, and just over a mile away is John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. As the home of America's only living reef, Pennekamp is world-famous as an outstanding spot for scuba diving and snorkeling. Saltwater fishing in the Keys attracts people from all over the world.

The unit has two bedrooms and a bath and a half. The entire unit is air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.There are three televisions, VCR, CD player, DVD, plus a free washer and dryer in the unit. You'll also have access to a recreation room with ping-pong, and an outdoor grill right on the waterfront.

My rates for four guests start at $845.00 There is a $200.00 security deposit on first rentals. Monthly rates start at $2,695.00.

Table and four chairs. Ceiling fan. Absolutely spectacular view of the ocean. Great place to watch the sun set, have meals, or just relax.

Beautiful Moon Bay Condo, March 23, 2009

This unit is everything the owner claims and is like your "home away from home." Beautiful sunset view from the unit as well as the dock. Close to everything you need. Extremely well kept unit. The complex is also immaculate; beautiful pool area and grounds. The only complaint (minor) is road noise from the highway, and 2 full baths would have worked out better for 2 adult couples. The owner was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend this unit.
