Bring your boat because this unit comes with its own 30' slip. If you don't have a boat, don't worry because there's plenty to do while staying at our Key Largo Condo Rental. The private, gated community of Moon Bay boasts a heated pool, a wading pool, large sun deck with views of the marina and bay, two tennis courts, recently renovated Club House with ping pong table, cable TVs, free WiFi and saunas, outdoor charcoal BBQ with running water and seating area and on the dock another covered seating area and a fish cleaning station.
Enjoy a beautiful sunset over Blackwater Sound from the privacy of your own condo or on the dock where you might catch a manatee or dolphin pod playing in the bay.

We are enjoying a beautiful and warm Thanksgiving with family. While we were here, we upgraded the living room furniture complete with a comfy leather sectional and a 42" plasma TV! In addition, to the regular cable, you can also catch the off-air HD signals of NBC, ABC, CBS, PBS and watch your favorite football team or prime time show in high definition!
A new, larger dining table with a bay view finishes off our living area update. It is great not only for dining, but as my six year old discovered, it's also wonderful for game night and Lego building!
We moved the pull out sofa to the front room so that now, if you need an extra bed, they won't be in the middle of the living room, but will have a little bit of privacy in the front.
BEST OF ALL -- the condo now has free broadband WiFi!
New window coverings are on order and we hope to have them installed before the new year.

Better than expected

I had a wonderful stay the Kawama condo.it had a honey feel and tasteful decor. If you leave something at home by accident, don't worry, the condo probably has it. Overall, I had a terrific stay and would definitely return.

the unit my husband and I had was small but just enough with a queen bed TV and clean bathroom. The unit was cleaned daily and there was fresh coffie and homemade daily scons. VERY relaxed and quit. The staff very helpfull on things to do and places to eat. Met a lot of great people from all over the country. I would recomend and may return myself in the future

This was our 1st time staying in Key Largo. Been to the Keys over 10 times. Allison has done a wonderful job, Describing and detailing her place. She has lots of practical helpful infomation about where to eat,go and who to contact if there's a problem. There were no problems, except when we 1st arrived, I couldn't get the gate to open. I called Allison's cell & she talked me through getting in. Just as described. Everything there you could need. The place was clean and enjoyable. The pool was great. As Allison described, the boat ramp is intended for small boats or jetskis. Too sallow for larger boats & not enough turn around space. Marina was fine. Easy to enter & depart. Only a short distance to a cut thru to Largo Sound with access to the North or the South to the Reefs & Ocean. Only drawback was the existing blinds do not contain the Heat from the west. It gets allot of heat from the in the sun in the afternoon. But the tradeoff is the beautiful Sunsets. We had a great time and I recommend this condo to anyone. Close to everything in Key Largo. AAAAA PS: The Yellow Bait Shop no longer allows you to park your boat trailer in their Secure lot. I think it was leased out to a boat consignment business.

Very nice condo. Well equipped and very clean. Only disappointment was that the condo did not have a screened balcony, that would have enhanced the absolutely unobstructed and fantastic view of sunset from the sliding doors in the dining area. The marina and pool were really nice. If you have a boat you will have easy access to open water.

The weather was not the greatest (cloudy & windy) but we still had a wonderful stay. Moon Bay is a great place, particularly for older, quiet guests. Our condo had a wonderful view of the bay and sunsets and had everything you could possibly need. Lots of great restaurants.
