The Owner's Unit is also right in front of the bay with 2 bedrooms; it can sleep 2 adults and 1 to 3 kids plus plus. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size loft bed and a twin bed on the ground floor. Theres also a queen size pullout sofa bed in the living room. The cool kitchen is well equipped and has a dining table for 5. The unit also has air conditioning, big screen cable TV, towels and linens, and a private open porch with a gas barbeque grill. The rate for this unit is $200 ($225) per night plus 12.5% tax and a one time cleaning fee of $75.00. This unit also has an awesome full kitchen built with bricks that were hand made on site. If you want to cook , this is your choice. The fire place was used for cooking and smoking fish, in the 1950 when this cottage was built to last as fishing camp living headquarters. Our Vacation compound has 2 houses and 8 cottages with 13 + Bed rooms in total. You may rent individually or as a group. Each cottage includes it's own 22' sailboat for the entire duration of the stay at no extra cost. We have 11 sailboats right now – two 22' O' Days, Eight 22' Catalina and 1 westerly 22' for bare boat charters.
